As part of our service commitment all purchases shipped within Australia will not be charged freight. If you live in a capital city please allow up to 5 working days for delivery and regional areas could take up to 10 working days for delivery.

Large Items: DOWNUNDER BIKER’s preferred supplier for freight and courier services is Inxpress Pty Ltd. You can check on the status of your delivery by clicking www.inxpress.com.au or call them direct on 1300 469 773 and have your consignment note number handy.

Small Items: DOWNUNDER BIKER sends smaller items such as T-Shirts via Australia Post and unfortunately cannot track the items individually. However, we are only too willing to help you if your order is running late. Please use the delivery status form and we’ll send you an update report.

Live Outside Australia

We are only too happy to send your order to an international destination. International customers will be contacted by our Customer Service Team who will provide a quote on freight fees prior to finalising your order.
